Face to face interview with the hiring manager. Prepared by researching the company and position. Was asked lots of questions and presented suggestion in regards to role and expectations. The hiring manager was easy to talk with made me feel comfortable and open. Although I didn't get the position I received a call from the manager explaining why he made the decision to not offer the role to me. I thought that was a nice gesture.
