The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Universal Health Services, Inc. (Louisville, CO) in Feb 2016
Interview
Interview started 25 minutes late with no apology. There were 3 people interviewing but only one spoke. As we went over the time allotted the interviewer did not call out to reception to tell the next interviewee that they were running behind, demonstrated no respect for prospective employees. I filed that information. I was offered the job hours later by phone. Should have realized that they are desperate to hire bodies, they are constantly hiring for all positions as their attrition rate is through the roof. I did not explore their online reviews until after my experience there, and then realized I never should have even interviewed.

Question 1
Nothing, the main interviewer just talked about themselves. Didn't ask one question about how I would handle any difficult inpatient situation or crisis.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Universal Health Services, Inc. (Murrieta, CA) in Apr 2023
Interview
Very professional and relaxed environment. The interview was longer than expected but challenging and thought provoking. Many questions were about experience and some were case study scenarios. The interviewers left plenty of room for me to ask them any questions I might have.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Universal Health Services, Inc. (Portland, OR) in May 2015
Interview
Applied from internet. Then received a call from a nurse manager who was very polite and professional. She then asked me, what date and time would be feasible for an interview setup. I chose time and date and did face to face interview, received call back from her in couple of days confirmed a pay rate and got hired.
