I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Universal Health Services, Inc.
Interview
After submitting my application online, I was contacted within a week to come in and take an online assessment (very easy; common sense-type Behavioral Questions). Based on your score, you are either recommended for an interview or not. I passed, and then set up an interview. Panel interview. Very laid back. One of the nurses was a little stand-offish, but I was contacted within a week and notified they wanted to hire me. Overall, HR was somewhat disorganized. Overall neutral process.
