Interview
Interview process was easy however there was a lapse in communication between each interviewer. After two interviews and a call from the CEO there was crickets for weeks. I eventually had to follow-up myself to determine my status. Follow-up with candidates definitely needs improvement.

Tell me about your experience with auditing and employee relations.
Drug out across three months and then they ghosted me. After numerous interviews nobody would call back or respond heard from an internal they had a lot of problems on the inside.
