Expect to interview with a panel consisting of the manager and his/her staff allowing the employees to interact with the applicant and get a feel for the applicants intentions for the job. Expect to take a cognitive ability test on a computer during your interview. Standard behavioral questions relating to workplace environments (i.e., what would you do if you witness a coworker take company property). Expect to be given a series of questions related to alpha and numeric characters in a specific sequence and having to record the sequence in the correct order while under a time constraint. The intent is how well yo upay attention to detail. Finally, you will be given a tour of the facility and see, first hand, the environment you will work.
