1st res flag: The "recruiter" texted me on a Sunday to schedule a 10 minute phone call. 2nd rf: was 5 minutes late to scheduled time with no apologies. Was told I would be moving forward to speak to the director and would receive an email letting me know. Never received the email. I texted the "recruiter" a "thank you" after our call because I didn't have a formal email address-no response. I followed up with a phone call that went straight into voicemail-no response. (This was the number I was called from) I followed up 1 week after via text, no response and still didn't receive the email lettinge know I was moving forward. One week and one day later I received a rejection that the position had been filled. I have 10+ years of recruiting and didn't speak to anyone but really a phone screener.
