Great experience, compassionate leaders very engaged in their health system. They took the time to explain the position in detail with expectations and environment. They are transparent in what they are looking for and would be an incredible team to work with.

Interview
Met with CEO at Friends twice with rave reviews, however interview with Corporate CNO for behavioral health was not pleasant. Not sure if she was having a bad day but she was unwelcoming from beginning. It’s been months since my interview and the position is still vacant. I’m not sure she knows what she is looking for in a candidate but must be a unicorn because she hasn’t found it. Everyone else in process was pleasant and down to earth.
