I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Universal Music Group (Santa Monica, CA)
Interview
Had a friend of mine who was interning at Interscope send my resume into a recruiter for an internship at Interscope. The next day, someone else at UMG Live Events reached out to me for an interview, as my resume showed I had much more experience with festivals and concerts. Interview was very casual, mostly just talked about the position and the new live events sector. Heard back from the employer not too long after the interview.
I interviewed at Universal Music Group (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Did the hireview, they asked around 10 ish questions (estimate), but had unlimited attempts to answer. Mostly basic questions like tell me a little bit about yourself, who are you listening to, what would you do in x scenario etc.

Question 1
Who are you listening to/who are your favorite artists
I was put through a video screen on hirevue - it asked simple questions about why i was interested in the job, industry, team. no curve balls. i was able to repeat my responses so i had i think unlimited tries to get something that felt strong
Easy questions, can find every question online. You can redo the hire view responses as many times as you want, so it took a long time because I'm a perfectionist but at no point did I feel unprepared. *didn't get offer yet, just recently did the interview
