They use the STAR method. The recruiter was very friendly and also gave tips to help ace the video interview which was very considerate on their part. You will have a phone interview then a virtual interview if you will be moving forward in the process.
STAR Method, seemed disengaged from the beginning. Seems as if it was just another interview with no real intent to know me or experience, seems as if the person had already been selected but this was what needed to be done.
