Quick phone interview followed by a 2 hour in person meeting with three different people. Two out of 3 were nice. The last guy’s ended the interview trying to debate about salary. He ended with the job won’t be a fit simply because of my expectations (only slightly higher than the posted rate, which had already been discussed in the phone interview prior to coming on site). I left feeling frustrated as the company had just wasted 2 hours of my time, not to mention I had to pay for parking to access the site. My overall impression of the office was that they’re inexperienced and unprofessional.

The interview was 2/12 hours, met with three different people, at different times. There was no callback and/or email to provide the status of the interview process. There was also no response to the thank you email sent twice to the recruiter.
