Was a complete waste of my time. The interviewer didn’t even ask me one behavior question or for that matter any questions in general. He was sick and didn’t want to be there. My interview was only 15 minutes. I guess he didn’t like that I was a temp before in my previous job.

Going through Temp Agency. Talked to a couple of people about my qualifications, seemed like a good fit.
I was asked to visit Upgrade in downtown Phoenix, and met with my interviewer. There seemed to be several interviews lined up for the time I was there.
I was given a 15 minute interview that consisted of me handing my resume to the man I was there to meet with followed by him reading it and saying he had no questions for me, and that if I didn't have any the meeting was over and they'd get back to me. I asked a few of my own questions, about advancement and things like that.
I have several years in the financial industry, including in a start up in a fast paced mortgage company processing loans quickly. The guy interviewing wanted to talk about his education more than he wanted to talk about anything else during my questions, and kept including that he had gone to Berkeley.
I left with a very bad taste in my mouth, feeling somewhat belittled.
