Interview
The interview process was pretty usual. Had a phone interview, then was invited to meet with a few employees a few days later. I had a really weird interaction with one of the interviewers, where he asked me strange questions then admitted that they went through my Twitter page (which is why he was asking the weird questions in the first place). Now, I understand that companies do search out your social media, but he made it really awkward and uncomfortable and instantly made me not want to go accept if an offer was presented. Fortunately, I never heard back from the company regarding an offer/rejection.

Interview
I applied for one position, and the recruiter felt I was better suited for a higher position. The recruiter set up a panel interview, and then all the leadership I was supposed to meet with called out sick. (no communication) I wound up interviewing two sets of people from different groups. (clearly, this was an inconvenience for them at the last minute) Each set of interviewers indicated a different timeline for follow-up. Despite numerous follow-ups with the recruiter based on the timetable that was conveyed, I was ghosted and then got a blanket rejection letter.

I recently went through the interview process at this company, and it was great. It started with a phone call where we discussed my background and goals. After that, I was invited for a second interview, which included a tour of the site. Meeting the team in person and seeing the workplace firsthand was really insightful. Shortly after, I received a job offer and began the onboarding process. Overall, it was smooth and positive.

We didnt get a chance to actually speak because of a family matter but the person conducting the interview was kind and understanding. We rescheduled a few times until he coulnd't anymore. He eventually blocked me from Linkedin which i found weird
