      Specialist Interview

      Feb 6, 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Upgrade

      Interview

Typical phone call interview then zoom interview with different managers. The interview was good overall, felt more like a conversation with questions than a nerve-wracking interview I'm used to. The process moved very quickly. If there are any negatives, it was mostly in the onboarding process where my recruiter did not provide all the details in a timely fashion after I accepted an offer.
