Interview
I worked with three people during the process, an inside recruiter, a supervisor, and a team lead. I did a screen call with the recruiter, he asked a few behavior questions and we talked about my background. He set up a virtual interview ASAP.
The recruiter set me up for success, the interview itself was relaxed, typical questions you'd expect. After the main interview the team lead walked me through 3 word problems to Test my math skills then they send you a math test to complete without a calculator.
I was told to expect a quick response and I was called back within 24 hours with an offer.
The whole process felt quick and painless, everyone is very personable and enjoyable to work with

You get a phone interview first. Based on experience, you get a personal interview in their downtown office, and selection is seriously metric-based on your past performance in other positions. You most definitely have to have prior experience.

Interview
1st round - initial call with a recruiter. She was very nice and easy to get along with. Simple questions like "tell me about a time there was a policy change at your work and how did you adjust to it?"
2nd round - 1 hour interview with 2 people, team managers. The first 30 min are situational/experience questions. The second half is a math test (no calculators). It's SUPER basic. If you remember how to do basic long division, you'll do great in the interview!
