Recruiter emailed to set up phone interview. Phone interview went well. He stated he would like to move forward in the interview process. He also set the expectation they were about 2.5 weeks out from scheduling next interview. I waited 3 weeks, sent a follow up email. No reply. Sent second email, the recruiter finally responded stating the position I applied for would not be adding any positions. No explanation, as to why the job was posted or if they choose someone else. Very unprofessional
