Met initially with the manager of the Business Programs department who was very professional and knew the business very well. He asked great questions about my former experience and we got more conversational about what this role should look like and also my ability to be creative in the role as well. He answered all my questions about the work culture. Next I interviewed with other leaders within the department which was a lot more of a personality test than about my ability to do the role. Amazing, friendly people work at this company --and this is fintech! The space to be! So I was really excited to find such great people to work with.
