Interview was actually pleasant and was shown a video about the location, good perks and looked like a fun place to work at. Very straightforward questions. I was told and verbally confirmed that I would get another call to come in for a 2nd round of interview. I also applied for another position at back office. Very next day my application was declined for both of them and I emailed for feedback and no response was giving. Complete opposite of what I was expecting, I understand there are other candidates, but dont confirm and give expectations with poor delivery. Reading the comments on working there, I definitely dodge a bullet. Bascially clicky with highschool drama. I have seen there with many unicorn startups, this is not different. Glad to have moved on. Read the reviews especially for this year, has the same tone. Complete lack of transparency.
