Felt as if was told more of the work expectations than actually interviewed. Interviewer was quick to explain comp and benefits. No response for 3 weeks after being told they would forward interview process to supervisors.

It was very sketchy from the beginning; I received a decline after submitting my application so I moved on. But, I was still offered an interview the day after. I was confused and decided to just go for it. The interview was very easy and straightforward and the managers were nice, one of them was training and listening in. I was told I would hear back within 72 hours with a decision. Within 30 minutes of the interview, I received a decline email. I was shocked since I knew I truly did great during the interview (I prepared like never before). I believe they were using me for training purposes and not interviewing me for the actual job. My time preparing was wasted and I feel taken advantage of. Just keep in mind that you may just be interviewing to train a hiring manager, and not interviewing for the actual position.
