I was contacted by a recruiter after applying online to schedule a phone screen. The day of the scheduled phone screen they emailed me a few minutes before, asking if I had confirmed (which I had), and that the system was having glitches. I confirmed I could still do the scheduled time, but it was rescheduled to the following week because they didn't want to "surprise me" even though I let them know I was prepared. Come the following week, at my scheduled time, they didn't call. I followed up with an email, and they apologized saying that something came up asking to reschedule that day. Couldn't they email me? I wasted my morning waiting around for no phone call. I was very disappointed in this experience, so much so that I don't even want to continue to pursue this company. Beware! Their recruiters don't seem to have their act together, or this one at least.
