I found the interview process at Uptake to be extremely pleasant and professional. I was contacted by recruiting about a month after applying for a position (I applied cold with no references or connections). Although, it did take a while for them to make initial contact, Uptake was very expedient in their process to give me two phone interviews (one with recruiting and another with the manager of my prospective team). After both interviews, I was quickly scheduled for an on-site interview where I met more people on the team and spent about 3 hours at their offices. After the on-site, I heard back from recruiting within two days that I was being offered a formal letter for the position. The actual interview process unfolded over a matter of two weeks, was highly professional, and the company was very clear on what they expected me to bring to the table.
