Long and difficult. Need to know investment banking and consulting quite well (or either one extremely well). People are great, and the company is always changing. It's a messy environment, but an interesting one.

The interview process was shaky, to say the least. The team I was interviewing for ran point in all communication, which means on top of their already pressing job loads. This caused a lot of miscommunication and unprofessionalism ( the wrong resume at the interview, the manager left mid-interview because he forgot about a meeting, hiring manager did not even know I completed a case study for the position). I understand at a growing tech firm things can be a bit hectic and I can also understand that I may not have been the right fit, but the lack of process was truly amazing.
