The interview process was very well-organized. I interviewed with 7 employees. 5 were on the People team and 1 was an HR Consultant. The 7th was a head of a business unit that I would have had to support. Everyone brought a unique perspective and focused on specific areas so that I wasn't repeating myself to each person. These took place over the course of two weeks. The team was very respectful of my time, willing to coordinate alternate times as I needed. I was provided updates on my candidacy on a frequent basis. Very transparent.
