Received a response from a recruiter months after I submitted my resume to their general application they have on their website. Got a phone screen with the manager of the team who asked a coding question. Rejected at second phone screen after many algorithm questions and a coding question at end. I did not finish the coding question which is always a big sign you will be rejected though from personal experience. No one is going to fly you out for an interview with coding problems if you didn't finish the problem before in the prior interview, no matter what. However, the interviewer made it seem like it was okay since he said "don't worry, I have an infinite number of questions that I like to ask." Also, I wasn't really given the full interview time to do that problem. After rejection, I tried to phone call the interviewer and text message him, but he had the nerve to not respond after he figured out who I was (he answered the first time though) and tell the recruiter to call me instead. I asked many questions to the recruiter but she did not answer them to my liking. All I ever wanted was some real interview feedback and not some HR sayings about "current experience" or "skills" which is meaningless to me. I know my skills are good. I even told the interviewer how to solve the problem that I did not finish during the interview afterwards but no response was given of course. If you didn't like my experience or skills, then how did I get past the resume screen and to the second interview?
I hope someone from upper management reads this and can give me a job or some real feedback about my "skills."
