The interview process is five separate interviews. I made it through the first two interviews. The company is expanding fast and they state that part of this growth is finding talent from diverse backgrounds. This unfortunately, is not the truth. They are looking for corporate personalities. The technical questions are pretty straightforward and are closely related to the job. I personally, am someone that likes to have a conversation with customers and coworkers to foster an environment of understanding and better social communication. This has made me a favorite of many customers and coworkers in the past but doesn't fit the corporate personality which was the reason I wasn't considered. So don't fall for the diversity lines this company preaches, it's another ladder climbing corporate job so prepare accordingly.
