I had a phone interview with a recruiter from Ursa Major. I was asked some pretty standard behavioral questions. I had a really good conversation, and the recruiter said that I would be moving on to the next round of interviews. After that phone call, I never heard back despite reaching out multiple times to try and get clarification on where things were in the interview process.
