I applied on the university website and got a call from them a few weeks later. They scheduled a Skype interview. I had the Skype interview with 3 members of the department. It took awhile to hear back from them after the interview. It was my first interview for a real-life career type job out of college so it was a little intimidating. They didn't tell me ahead of time I'd be talking to 3 people.
