A recruiter from a staffing agency contacted me about the role. She set up a phone screen with the hiring manager after I expressed my interest. The phone screen went well, and the hiring manager invited me to the Campbell office to meet with him. He was satisfied with my responses and set up a second on-site interview with two other two team members. Their questions were more technical, but nothing too difficult. Several days later, another company gave me an offer. After I informed the recruiter that I needed to make a decision, Utimaco followed suit and presented an offer the same day. The process took longer than usual because the company was in the middle of an acquisition, but the recruiter kept me updated the whole time. Although I ultimately declined the offer after accepting the other one, this was overall a great experience.
