I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at VCA in Mar 2021
Interview
I reached out to a recruiter who sent my application to hospitals she thought would be a good fit. The interviews themselves were more me shadowing the veterinarians during their shift. After shadowing, I’d let the recruiter know what I thought and so would the practice and we went from there.
Very pleasant experience. No behavioral questions, more like a talk to get to know you. They ask about what your goals and what do you care the most about the practice you work at.
