The interview process was thoughtful and humane. Communication was excellent throughout. What really surprised me (in a very positive way) was that when I asked for post-interview feedback, the interviewer responded, which is rare these days. I think this is reflective of their organizational culture, which I gather is heavily centered on growth and care. Overall seemed like a great place to work.
