Very easy process. I met with the necessary people through Zoom within a week and the communication with the hiring manager was consistent. Any questions I asked were answered promptly.
The recruiter spent more time talking about her awesome experience at Facebook than she did about the company or job, which made me want to ask why she left if it was so great.

Question 1
Can you like explain like how you're qualified for this job, like?
I applied through other source. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at VHB (New York, NY) in Nov 2019
Interview
Process was lengthy and disjointed. At times it seemed the team was really not interested or would forget to follow up. Then I’d get a connection request from another team member. After about two months I was brought in for an in-person interview with 4 people. There were two openings for which I qualified.
No reason for rejection was given, and the jobs continued to be re-posted for several months with small changes in location or title. Given that four people were gathered to meet me, I don’t think there was a question about my qualifications.
Their rejection spared me from commuting and working in a crowded open office when the pandemic started. I wouldn’t repeat the process again with VHB.
