Interview
It was a long process. They had a New Grad Day (different day) where you could do a fast interview with their managers. I interviewed for two units, and got my second choice. They set up an interview with recruiter and then the nurse manager (same day), and then finally a peer interview (different day). The process was so long! lol You get a background check and drug test before being offered a position. I was offered a position, but declined. Nice hospital, but not in my top choice unit.

Spoke with HR then Patient Care Director (Nurse Management) and toured the unit prior to being hired. I was able to meet some team members and get a sense of the hospital.

Quick and recuirter is very responsive, respectful. Had interview for floor nurse and offered to apply for different position since I have experience in that position as well. Waiting eagerly a for assessment interview.

Most of it is a Peer interview. . . .Personality is very important. Right now interviews are being held over zoom. Get there early, parking is crazy. . . .
