Very straight forward interview process. I was emailed an invitation to interview a few days prior. The interview took place over the phone. I believe the interview was between 10 and 15 minutes!!
Scheduling with recruiter. 2 Peer interview and leader interviewed. On site interview was pretty much casual. Not strict. Offered good benefits including tuition assistance and commute subsidies and no contract required. Good ratio. Seems like there are many resources available for staffing. Low travel nurse ratio is plus for me.
