Interview
It was a single panel style with manager and lead MA. Make sure to discuss prior clinical experience to receive increased pay. Overall I would say it was standard and less than 30 minutes.

Describe an experience in which you had to think outside of the box to get to a solution? What is your last clinical experience?
I think the interview process was fairly easy you will get three interviews I did mine through FaceTime because of Covid-19 but it’s like any other interview process in the medical field
