I thoroughly enjoyed interview process. I was contacted by the recruiter with typical questions prior to meeting with the Director. I meet with the Director and and really enjoyed the experience. The Director showed me around the unit as well as let me meet a few staff members. I was then asked to do a pure interview with other APCD employees. I actually enjoyed the process of appear interview as this let’s the incoming director know that they will be a fit for the organization. Lastly, I met with the assistant vice president of acute care services. It was a very great conversation and I left the interview with confidence as well as feeling like I would find a home at this organization.
