The recruiting office needs an overhaul. Second time I’ve spoken to a recruiter and they go silent. They are unprofessional! I have no problem accepting rejection but the false agreement to follow up is completely unacceptable. No response whatsoever. This company is too big for such janky processes.

Long lags between communication. Very simple interview for a high level position. Situational questions and interviews for cultural fit. Very friendly. Long psychological test on the phone. The test and peer are hard stops.
