3 rounds of phone interviews, then 1 panel. Very unorganized and they lack communication skills. After all the interviews they stated they would reach out to me within 24 hours with an offer, except I didn't hear back until after 6 months! I read a lot about corporate red tape issues at this company and the entire process proved this to be true. HR is a joke and they lack proper internal communications.
