L'entretien s'est déroulé au siège social à Rueil Malmaison pour un poste en assistanat administratif sur Nanterre en CDD .
Il a duré plus d'une heure. Très convivial. Questions basiques sur mon parcours professionnel. Question inévitable pourquoi l’intérim et des CDDs.
Evidemment que j'aurai préféré un CDI. C'était une nécessité.
Le problème est que je n'avais pas dit mon age ni mis ma date de naissance sur mon CV.
Et que j'ai eu la réponse négative, ils ont argué des difficultés d'intégration dans le service (dans le texte du mail de refus). Alors que je n'ai eu que de l'intérim et des CDDs dans ma carrière, sans aucune difficulté d'intégration ni d'apprentissage .
Donc si vous êtes senior, FUYEZ VINCI. NE PERDEZ PAS VOTRE TEMPS (CDD).

It wasn't as rigorous as I expected due to the fact that they asked primarly about past experiences in the administrative field and situations that I found hard to encounter. It was pretty straightforward as there wasn't much talk about what I would contribute; there was just a focus on if I had the attributes needed to complete the position.
