1 entretien general + 1 entretien technique.
L’entretien est très classique dans sa forme et permet de bien se projeter dans le poste.
L’entretien technique permet d’évaluer son niveau et de mesurer l’étendue de ses connaissances ainsi que les éventuelles lacunes que l’on peut avoir.
Parfois des questions du type « que feriez-vous dans ce cas ? », « facteurs de réussite d’un projet » etc
3 étapes d’entretien
1. RH — informations générales sur le poste et le processus, présentation du cabinet, présentation de mon parcours.
2. Manager — échange sur mon expérience : missions réalisées, méthodes, résultats.
3. Directeur de projet — validation finale (adéquation au poste, organisation, prochaines étapes).

Interview
Thé interview process is standard 3 rounds with recruiter, technical and client. The interview goes smoothly the recruiter was forthcoming and giving all the help required and prepped for the technical. Everything went well until I was ‘handed over’ to the HR team. The worst HR team I have seen for a tech industry. The HR didn’t even bother to respond and only after multiple emails the response was one liner. HR is suppose to make transition or make you feel welcomed but in Singapore it is the worst HR experience. I have faced and I have worked in smaller companies before. The way the HR team experience is so bad that I decided not to join. They should let the recruiters and the manager candidate talk to do all the on-boarding. My advice to all the people who are taking interviews do not believe when the recruiter say that the HR will come back to you. Keep working with the recruiter and the manager until you have no other choice than to work with HR team. Viseo has good managers and good recruitment team. Bad Hr team. They need to Up! their game to make the experience better

They asked for : what I want to do as a role and what I am looking for in a company? It is the first time I had these questions in an interview but it is a very very good and important questions. I wish all companies can ask this.
