Recruiter Screen 30 min Hiring Manager 45min VP 45min Overall it went great until it didn't. Last I heard from the recruiter was with positive feedback and I was getting scheduled for 2 more interviews with the team. Zero communication after that and recruiters phone was disconnected. Very unprofessional communication and lack of transparency to the process.
