Interview was pretty relaxed and they seemed to care about you as a person. Would recommend this job to people looking for call center positions. Just be honest make sure you tell them about your ability to use programs like Excel and word
4 rounds - very generic interview questions. 1st is a screen with HR. 2nd is a meeting with hiring manager. 3/4 round is with potential teammates. everyone was nice enough, from the outside looking in, sounded like the product was not good and made the job hard because of it.
