I had three or four technical phone interviews over the span of a few weeks before having an in person interview. The in person interview was with the hiring manager and lasted several hours.

Premier entretien téléphonique avec la RH (en anglais), le seond avec le manager, le troisième est purement technique, le 4ème avec une équipe de consultants pour parler d'un cas pratique et le dernier est avec la RH pour la proposition de salaire.
Une entreprise avec un management américain (la compétence et l'humanité qui compte) qui reste complètement différent par rapport aux autres types de management.
