Interview
I had 3 phone interviews and all 3 interviewers were as dry as a bone. I felt extremely uncomfortable and thankfully was never hired. They need to rethink their hiring process because they come across as pretentious. Sadly they are responsible for educating our youth.
I applied through their website which had a series of questions about classroom scenarios and what you would do. They responded about 8 days later saying there will be a phone interview.
