This was the most ridiculous interview process I have ever been through. 1. I applied online, by sending my cover letter, resume, and an essay. 2. About two weeks later, I was asked to write another essay. 3. A month later, after I had forgotten I had even applied to this school, I was asked to a phone interview. This was done by a classroom assistant. She said she loved my answers and the school would be in contact with me. 4. Two weeks later, I was asked to a second interview. This was done by someone who doesn't work at the school. She asked the SAME questions the first interviewer did. Apparently, she did not like my answers as much as the first interviewer, as I was informed I would not go on to the next round (which would have been an in-person interview, who-knows-when). But by that time, I was already hired by a public school.
