I got a phone interview that was scheduled automatically, and I adjusted my schedule so I could do it. The person who gave the interview was very nice and it went well. She asked the questions that she needed and we shared some personal experience stories from schools. I think based on the interviewers reactions and tone that the interview went well overall.

Not appropriate; I was told to pretend I was teaching to a gym of 26 second graders in a classroom that had been packed up for the year, Then I was asked to write a letter to a fourth grade parent about how the school would help her child pass the NYS test in ELA.
