I got a verbal offer from the HR and asked to join as soon as possible. I was in touch with her for more than 10 days to get an update on the offer after all the documents asked for were shared with them. They always confirmed on the offer being prioritised for me.
After 10 days, HR started to ignore my calls and messages, so I sent a formal email to which I get a response that the position is filled by someone internal and they forgot to respond back to me.
Meanwhile, I lost my other offer as I was more interested in this and now I am left with none.
The communication could have been really better and proper updation would have helped me in taking the other offer.

Interview
I applied online and had 2 rounds of interview. But after the second round there was no response from any one. I reached out to HR multiple times but she "forgot" about my application and that I had interviewed. Everytime I called to ask about the decision they had some or the other reason, whereas in the interview they clamied to hire asap. Everytime they made promises to give the decision the next day but nothing.
