I schedule an initial phone interview with an executive. However, I never received a call from her. Three days later, I received an email from an assistant apologizing for missing the phone interview and offering to reschedule. We were able to agree on a time two weeks later. The new date arrives and 25 minutes after the agreed time, I get a call from the executive. She apologizes for being late and then proceeds to say she is busy with meetings and asks if I would reschedule again! I politely decline and hang up the phone.
