The interview was great--they gave a background on the company and filled me in on what my role would be within the company. We had great conversation and kept things moving throughout the phone call.

Interviewed by HR, then one hiring manager. Both on the phone. Then I was interviewed on site by both hiring managers. Before that interview, however, the HR person told me that the hiring managers had eliminated all of the other candidates. BUT, when I got there, I was badgered and humiliated and I didn't get the job. Perhaps it was my age or gender-bender appearance. I don't know. After looking at employee's remarks about the company I'm glad that I didn't get the job!!
