Initial phone conversation/email with a technical recruiter asking me if I was interested. Then there was a phone interview/screen with the hiring manager and he covered various technical terms and concepts asking me to explain them. Then I came in for another in person interview after he decided I was qualified over the phone. The in person interview was a mix of getting to know me as a person as well as covering technical concepts and the technology I would be working with. After the in-person was complete, the hiring manager notified me that I was a good fit and that I would be hearing back in a 2-3 weeks. I never heard back and the HR staff I have contact information to never return calls or respond to emails and voicemails. Very unprofessional in the end.
