Applied on Indeed and received an e-mail from the technical recruiter a week later to set up a phone screen. Phone screen lasted 15 minutes. Recruiter set up phone interview for 3 days later with hiring manager. Phone interview with hiring manager lasted 30 minutes and questions asked were mainly about education, previous education, and skills. Hiring manager set up in person interview for following Monday with himself and engineering lead. In person interview lasted an hour and mainly consisted of questions about my projects, knowledge of RF and SATCOM, and travel requirements with the job. Received an offer letter by the end of the week and accepted work to start a month later. Overall a very quick process.
