It's a long process, almost 3 months but you get to learn a lot from the product and the ecosystem. You even get the opportunity to get certified in an e-commerce international diploma.

Difficult & confusing, their interview process kept changing with every step and had me take an exam, then had two more rounds. For a PMM role I was also asked to present a "sales pitch & product demo,'' including all the technical workflows of their product for the final round. Then they ultimately rejected me (after 7 rounds) on the basis that I don't have digital e-commerce experience :) There were no clear communications on the interview process and anything was happening throughout. Maybe they were undergoing a lot of org changes but it wasn't a very smooth experience interviewing for this organization.
